Hello Spencer;
My name is Katie Wood, I am currently 19 years old, and wish not to give out the location of where I live if that is OK?
When I was in high school, I was consistently bullied because I pick at my skin. By picking my skin, it actually is a stress reliever and almost on an OCD level.
While in school, I was told that I was not pretty and that guys were only going out with me so I would not feel ugly, or lonely. While this was going on, I became very depressed and started to cut myself. I went a long time without saying anything, and it was not until my sophomore year in high school when a class mate in my school committed suicide. I realized that I was going down that same road that class mate went down. I never knew him personally, but in a lot of ways it helped me break my silence. I started to stand up for myself and others.
It wasn’t easy but I overcame the bullying, and am glad I took a stand and did not let myself go that far; I try to tell my story to let others know they aren’t alone.
Dear Katie;

First, everyone has some part of issue, or has some sort of OCD and they just don’t want to take the time to admit that they do! Weather your OCD is picking a scab, or turning on and off a light switch, it’s still an OCD and people need to seek help.
As it lead to you cutting yourself that’s when you should have seek help immediately, and I am not trying to put you down, BUT give what other people are going to the advice if they are going through this! So, ladies and gentlemen, if you are going through any type of issue at all, please go seek help from a professional.
No one should go through any type of bullying, or being made fun of that would possible lead to the result of someone killing them self or “self-mutilating” themselves.

Windows 8 will launch in 2012 or maybe 13. With this new Windows it does bring some changes some might need to get ready for. When you turn on a Windows 8 computer you will not be directly taken to the Desktop instead it will take you to the new Metro UI Start screen (which looks like the live tile you see in a windows 7 phone). By Microsoft doing this computer will be able start up faster, be touch friendly, and tablet friendly.
With Windows 8 the Start Button had to go. In a post by Chaitanya Sareen, Microsoft explained that people were using the Start Button in Windows less and less, based on statistical data. Instead, people preferred to launch apps that were pinned to the taskbar.

Windows 8 is also design to work better with the cloud. Right now most of people document are in a single computer. With Windows 8 customer will get a SkyDrive (already available since 2007) when they open or sign in with their excitant Windows Live ID. The Sky Drive is a single cloud for everyone, where a person’s important files are centrally available, instantly accessible on any device, and ready to share. Developers too can cloud-power their apps through Live Connect and the Live SDK.
What are your thought of Windows 8? Will this new change convert you to a Mac user?
